I'm just guessing, but you might also need a trust between the two domains.

All you do is add a recipient policy for the new domains. To give that
address to your users, you go into AD Users/Computer and select e-mail
address, edit or add a new SMTP address with that domain.

We have one AD domain now.

I want to host 10 more domains emails on this one server(Kinda like web
hosting, but with email). Can it be done? Do I need a different AD domain
for each domain?

If so, can someone direct me to how this can be accomplished?

Windows 2000 AD
Exchange 2000
