[THIN] OT - Group Policies

Is there a way to force the effects of a group policy change? Everytime =
I make a change to a group policy for my TS I have to reboot the server =
for the change to work correctly. Something as simple as =
allowing/denying Access this computer from the network requires me to =
reboot.
