=20 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 True, but I know it's always cleaner to delete the profiles from My Computer. Yes, cached profiles are getting deleted. I just wanted to give them another tool in troubleshooting. I have left most admin functions alone for them, but at the same time, I don't want them to make any system-wide changes until a Server Admin comes into the process. The Citrix Admin just needs to be able to create a user account within AD, assign the user to the necessary groups, and make necessary additions within the CMC. They don't have access to any reg editing tools, nor any MMC snap-ins except AD Users & Computers and the Event Log. Cached roaming copies that aren't being removed properly?=3D20 What about scripting the removal of any cached profiles during a nightly reboot? Be careful not to delete the default user profile or the All user profiles with this process. But something that copies all profiles out to a temp directory for the admin's to go through (for any missed files) and then wipes all cached copies after a reboot should help clean this up. Just a thought.
