I rolled out MS Bob v1.0 to about 800 users via Citrix over the weekend.
The problem Iâm having is that when clients use the knocker to select from
a list of users sometimes their name isnât listed. Iâve only had a few
reports of this, however. AlsoâHopper (a Friend of Bob) seems to give
advice for Bob Checkbook in all apps except for GeoSafari, where he gives
advice for Bob Household Manager. For the time being, Iâve just recommended
that clients use Orby, another Friend of Bob. Does anyone have an idea how
I can update the dictionary in Bob Letter?

Thanks

R
