Well it does actually say (in the body): "(Friday) 05:11:21 Policy =
Dirty Words Action on this mail = 
Quarantine message". I believe the second bit of their message is
actually their disclaimer.

So it leads me to believe it's something in the content of those actual
messages - I don't get every email I send to the list, with a return
message, so I don't think it's the corporate disclaimer.

Which still leaves me with the puzzle - I still don't understand what
word it was barfing at.

I've seen similar rejections in the past, where it's been words like
"damn" or "hell" or something similar - ie normally quite benign, but
you could see how some fairly benign words might enter into some filters
- but in this case I'm still puzzled.
