You probably have auto-forwarding to the internet turned off.

Subject: [THIN] OT: Exchange/Outlook problem

I have a user trying to have mail forward from his exchange mailbox to his
pager whenever it comes in to his box. I setup a custom recipient that
points to the email address of his pager, and created a rule in his outlook
to forward all incoming email to that custom recipient which points to his
pagers internet address, but it will not work. anyone got any ideas?

Thanks,
