[THIN] OT: Exchange Rules in Error

(does anyone know a great Exchange list I can take
these questions to?)
I have a user who is getting a Rules in Error dialogue
box every time she starts Outlook.
Rules in Error
Rule: Server-Requested Client Action
Error: MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg.
The funny thing is that there are no rules showing in
her Rules at all.
There used to be a utility for Exchange 5 that would
allow you to go in and see most of the raw data in an
Exchange Mailbox. Does anyone remember what that was?
Is there something similar for Exchange 2000?
