Here is the problem: in Excel when users insert the chart, depend on which server they logon into, sometime users will have option to change SELECT FROM, between USER-DEFINED and BUILT IN under CUSTOM TYPES. But on the problem servers, the BUILT IN option is grey out. I know which servers is caused the problem, but just don't know how to correct it. please help!!!
