[THIN] OT: EXchange 5.5 Public folder

Is there a way to have a message in a public folder marked READ for
everyone, once one person has opened it? I have public folders that certain
docs are emailed to. Once one person looks at it no one else needs too, but
they need to know that someone else has looked at it. Any suggestions?
