You can use Outlook rules to print messages when sent/received. I have never tried it, but you might be able to use those Outlook rules on your message journaling mailbox. You'll need to set up message journaling if you haven't already. Otherwise, is it possible to set up Outlook rules in a policy? What issue is how to get email into the product as it only allows scanning and printing to a printer driver to input into the document system. Does anyone know of a product that would run on a server and open users mailboxes and print every email to a printer? This could then be configured so that it printed directly into the DM software. Thanks for any suggestions.
