[THIN] OT: Consulting Contracts

I have in the last two weeks picked up two computer consulting jobs on the
side. I have one of them that is currently asking me for a business
contract. I have not a clue on how to set these up. Does anyone on the list
have anything I could use as a template? Even if you are able to white out
the pertinent stuff so I can see the legal jargon and try to get one setup.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
