[THIN] Re: OT: Bulk changes in AD

I just bought a few books and looked on t'internet years ago, when I was
first deploying W2K (and AD) ;-)

A course? That's just a pipe dream for me, son (said in a rather Walter
Mitty-esque manner) ;-)

I just think there's a lot of reluctance by some - perhaps they feel
they can't do it, perhaps they feel it's too difficult, perhaps they
feel it will take too long - but it isn't / won't - the only difference
I see between those who can script, and those that leech other peoples'
scripts, is whether they've actually tried to learn it. And I think some
people spend so much time either thinking they can't, thinking they
don't need to, thinking there must be a simpler way, that they spend
time looking at all that, and inevitably somewhere down the line, have
to start doing it anyway. Why waste the redundant time, and when you
have a need just do it - because you can almost guarantee one thing - if
you've had to do something to start off with - even if you've so far
avoided the ADSI virus, ultimately you'll likely have to.
