[THIN] Re: OT: Blocking MSN Messenger

Create a group policy for Citix users which prohibits the running of the 
program "msmsgs.exe" or the executable for MSN IM.  This also works for 
numerous annoying programs and utilities (ie cmd.exe, calc.exe, mspaint.exe, 
etc. etc.)
