I've got that in already (for the attachment filetype stuff) but it only
allows SMAPI applications to connect. Standard MAPI applications are
blocked.
However, I've found a component I can install in my software that allows me
to temporarily disable Outlook security programmatically, so I can disable
security, send my message and enable security again. I wonder how long it'll
be before the virus writers come up with the same thing.

there is a custom form you can add to outlook into a public folder
that it will look to for this stuff. I got it from slipstick.com but
I can't find the link. It is an MS tool so you might find it there
too. I'll dig around some more and post the link if i find it.
