Yes it works.  But if the user has ad/spyware in a roaming profile or
user sections in the registry it just copies back over when they login.
If they do not have roaming profiles, then make sure you have the proper
security rights to all profile directories.  (Also this won't help for
reg keys in ntuser.dat)

Do AdWare and SpyBot both work on Citrix and check all the different
user
directories?

I ran AdWare on my Citrix boxes, from the console and thought it took
care of
everything.

I then had a user run it and it found a WHOLE bunch more under their
account?

is there a special way I need to run this?
