Create the first zone as primary and the second (and any additional) as
secondary and then they will get the updates from the primary.

Subject: [THIN] OT: 2003 DNS Replication
I have a number of Primary DNS zones that are not AD integrated. At my
HQ I have 2 2003 DNS servers, and because these zones are not AD
integrated, I've been having to manually keep those zones consistent
between the 2 servers. Is there a way to keep this info consistent
between the 2 servers on an automated basis? Is there a way to
export/import the zone to at least save me some steps if there is no
automated way?
