We have seen similar problems. From what I've seen personally, it looks as though a thread or process is getting stuck in a previous session via TS. If you kill the old TS session, you can avoid rebooting the DC. As far as the problem goes, I don't know what is causing it...however, this solution, if it is the same problem as yours, seems to work. Respectfully, Lucas W.
