No, Steve, he doesn't want a PDU, he wants to go the other way..  He
wants two inputs into a single power supply in his server, not a
glorified power strip...  Basically take the end of a power cable that
plugs into your server and put that on one end, and then split into
two cables with prongs to plug into two different wall (or in this
case, UPS) recepticles.
