[THIN] OE spelling stuck on French

Hi all:
After installing Office 2007 on Terminal Server, Outlook Express' spelling
is stuck on French and cannot be changed.
According to Microsoft this is a known bug:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932974
Can anyone recommend a free Spell checker for OE?
Or is there another fix?
