Yes. They open up Citrix Program Neighborhood and it'll prompt them for
their username and password (the same ones they just used to log into
Novell) and their application set (their apps) may or may not appear,
depending upon how lucky they are.

When you say "get their application set", you mean the applications sets in
the
Citrix Program neighnorhood client?
