If this is the problem then ThinPrint made a little utility to make sure that fixed this called "myprinterview". I think its free. I have seent his occur occasionally. I think it has to do with how various programs enumerate the printers. Occasionally my users can "vew" printers when running the ADP timesaver program. As I understand it some programs use the system account when enumerating through whatever the printing API is. This allows ALL printers to be seen.
