[THIN] No seamless thru WI on a users home XPHome PC

I have a user with XPhome connecting thru our csg/wi4 server and all
programs on their dual screen (1024x768 tried 32 & 16bit color) come
thru non-seamless.  And yet any other user seamless works fine (even at
higher res).  I have uninstalled the pn8.1 client, removed any reg
entry, folder, icaclient folder and reinstalled - still nothing.
 
I tested the java client and that works fine, install PN and nada.
 
I am stumped - citrix KB had one that did not apply about seamless
running in full screen - in that the reg entries were not even there (on
either the failing pc or a working one).
 
Any clues to what can cause this on the pc?
