Not sure what you're referring to with IPX, but W2k3 ignores the value of
IdleWinStationPoolCount (HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal
Server) and only sets up 1 listener for RDP and 1 for ICA (if citrix is
installed)...  For previous OSes, you can increase the number of listener by
increase the value of IdleWinStationPoolCount.

There can only be one listener per protocol type.  (ICA, RDP,
IPX, etc)
