[THIN] New message notification outside Citrix

Hi,
Sometime I tied up working on Server outside my Citrix session, I forget
to check my mail's, I response to late for important message's, and I
find very disturbingly to check all the time my mail for new message, I
am looking for simple utility to contact with exchange to notify me
locally for new message, I don't' want to install outlook locally.
This is lushness question ;-)
