Can someone please give a specific link to reference the "Hatten font fix".
.net has not been installed to my knowledge.

Did you recently install .net? If you did then you should perform the
"hatten" font fix on the MS KB. It fixed this problem for me.

Ouch, This is really nasty. It's doing it for all the user's that I've
tested. Reinstalled and upgraded twice. deleted all registry entries and
re-installed .. same result. tried two different termsrvr.mst and office
cd's. tried the suggestion below with no luck.

Any more suggestions?

If this doesn't work try logging in as admin with no other users on the box,
doing a change user
/install and performing the operation of opening word and running the help
file so it is done. Then do a change user execute. Do this on each of your
boxes.

Has anyone run into an issue with office 2k -sp3 bringing up the office
install routine when help is accessed? Any ideas on a fix?

Thx
Sam
