Marco:

We are already running PS FS7.01 and we were running HE7.57, though now =
we are running HE8 (for the few users that cannot go through the heavy =
client), and we will have to run FS8.4 for a few users as well. We were =
able to get them working, albeit separately for the ODBC Driver issue & =
users exporting to Crystal. Other than that, the previous owner of =
these servers did a wonderful job of making it all integrate perfectly; =
now I get to try to repeat the performance.. won't be easy. I =
appreciate the link, I will probably need it when I find she did =
something I wasn't aware of.

Thanks again for everyone's help. I found a lot that I need to learn =
more about before the servers come..

Wilson,
What version of Peoplesoft are you going to install? I presume some=20
flavour of 7.x since version 8 is web based. I implemented 3 peoplesoft =

module, basically the company ERP system on Citrix. Installing=20
Peoplesoft in a multiuser environment is quite a challenge. You need to=20
address the issue of the application individual caches, printing, number =

users per servers etc etc. I don't think that you are going to have=20
problems with the OS or the Hardware, the biggest challenge is going to=20
be the fine implementation of a single user application in a multiuser=20
environment. We had to spend a lot of time to integrate this=20
application. Check the citrix knowledgebase=20
http://support.citrix.com/kb/entry!default.jspa?categoryID=3D122&entryID=3D=
412&fromSearchPage=3Dtrue=20
for articles about like this related to the integration of PS.
We used just HP/Compaq for servers, I don't have any experience with =
Delll.
