NetX Integrates Altiris® Client Recovery Solution? with the Toshiba Magnia®
Server Platform to Create Plug and Play Appliance

NetX appliance provides turnkey problem resolution and disaster recovery
capabilities on highly reliable hardware platform

STATEN ISLAND, New York ? June 5, 2003 ? NetX Incorporated, the world's

today announced NetX FlexSafe, a new all-in-one PC backup and recovery
appliance built on the Toshiba Magnia® Z310 server platform and preinstalled
with Altiris® Client Recovery Solution?.

The new NetX plug and play appliance allows IT administrators to install a
low-cost, instantaneous backup and recovery solution that provides rapid
