XPe. I can find out the IP address, but I need to use the management console
to image the workstations.

We have same issue here. Do you use NeoLinux clients? If you know the
IP (I get them from the Citrix Mgmt Console) you can just VNC the unit
directly (that's all the remoting is under the covers).
