[THIN] Neoteris CVPN Issue

We're running PS 4.0 with the Web Interface on top of Windows 2000 SP4
Servers, everything has been running fine. Late last week our LAN/WAN
guys upgraded the Neoteris Clientless VPN box to IVE 5.4R1, now going
thru the CVPN using the Web Client no longer works. I get the error
that IE Cannot download ...MPS.App.Regional.<App Name> from
connect.rcrh.org. Has anyone seen this type of message before and can
maybe point me in the right direction to start looking?
