If you only need it to show up when they first logon you can do this via a quick registry edit on each server to setup a legal notice. You can also do it through group policies if you are using them. To edit the registry directly go to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon and add the following two values: LegalNoticeCaption (Reg_SZ): Caption for the Window - for example - "Welcome to Server XYZ" LegalNoticeText (Reg_SZ): Text that will be displayed in the window - for example - "You are currently logging into server XYZ, please make a note of it" You may want to get an actual legal notice in there as well. Another way to do what you want is one of the tips in Rick Delinger's tweak list. This method will change the caption on the My Computer icon to display the servers name. The tweak is #C30 at: http://www.tweakcitrix.com/Lists/PlaTunT1/DispForm.htm?ID=33&Source=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2etweakcitrix%2ecom%2fLists%2fPlaTunT1%2fAllItems%2ehtm Here is the relevant text: On Win2K SP1 (or later): Using REGEDT32, navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\ {20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}, delete the ‘LocalizedString’ value, and then recreate the value with the same name but as REG_EXPAND_SZ. Set the string to something like %USERNAME% on %COMPUTERNAME%.
