If it can be a CD and not a floppy, and if you don't mind payware, get
the ERD Commander package from winternals.com. Full read/write,
network, registry, and services access to the system. Very slick.

Well, you could create one by yourself using some of the Windows NT =3D
files, but I don't remember what they were. You could go to =3D
http://www.sunbelt-software.com and look for NTFS For DOS. Or, ERD =3D
Commander would work as well.

I remember seeing a utility that could create a NTFS bootable floppy, =
=3D
does anyone have that or know where I can find it?
