We've been really happy with the few we purchased, enough to make a second
purchase. We have about ten of them now, replacing six-year-old terminals
from Acute Network Technologies. (ANT seems to have disappeared, so we
can't get those terminals repaired.) Our needs aren't much. We use
straight Terminal Services---no Citrix. Most users are running Microsoft
Office apps and one vertical application. Nobody has any odd peripherals
attached, save for my serial-attached Handspring Visor.

We're a non-profit, so simple, cheap technology (like my ancient but trusty
Visor) fits the bill!

Hi all,

Anybody have any experience with NTAVO thin clients? I'm looking to
replace our older Neoware units with faster machines, specifically
considering the NTA 6010B. I searched the list archive and not a single
mention was found, which leads me to believe they're not widely deployed
at all. I'm not looking to become a beta tester on an unproven product,
but on the other hand, my initial impression could be way off.

Any insight and/or experiences would be greatly appreciated (on-list or
off).

Cheers,
-Chris
