After much messing around, the process does work, but the following has to
be done.

Rename the PDC, and reboot.
Check WINS records have been setup
Change the domain membership of the BDC, check and reboot
Change the Domain membership of the SQL Server (if that is hosting the
datastore), and change the service accounts before rebooting - not strictly
necessary, but at least it prevents lots of service failures on next boot.
Then -
Starting with the DataCollector, change the domain membership - DO NOT
RE-BOOT
Run the following from a Command Line:
DSMAINT CONFIG /User:"useraname" /pwd:"password" /dsn:"C:\Program
Files\Citrix\Independent Management Architecture\MF20.DSN"

This should return the message:

Successfully connected to the data store
Configuration successfully changed

At this point re-boot the data collector, and ensure all services running,
namely the IMA Service.

Once this okay, repeat the process on the rest of the servers.

Note you can use NETDOM to script the domain membership changes, but the
DSMAINT command needs to be run on each citrix server.

Best regards,

Phil Newman
