This is most likely the MEDIA folder under your Nfuse page.  This
folder needs to have full control given to the useracount used for
IIS.  This folder contains the icons to your published
application(s).

Anyone ever seen this error message using NFuse?  Get the error after
put in 
login account information.

There was an error:An error occurred while encoding a .GIF file.
Please make 
sure that the path exists and the appropriate user account has
sufficient 
permission to write and delete files.
