Did you stop the Norton Antivirus program before you tried to remove it?
You may need to open Server Manager and disable the service and reboot.
Hope this helps

Subject: [THIN] NAV Removal problem

Anyone know how to remove Norton AntiVirus. When I run from Add and
Remove
Programs the uninsatll backs out with a fatal error. I tried Syamtecs
rnav
program from syamantecs web site and that will not run either.
