[THIN] NAV Removal problem

Anyone know how to remove Norton AntiVirus. When I run from Add and Remove
Programs the uninsatll backs out with a fatal error. I tried Syamtecs rnav
program from syamantecs web site and that will not run either.
This is on a win2k/mfxp server.
