[THIN] My Computer and Explore

We have been getting a delay when you first lauch "My Computer" or "Explore".
It has been taking about 7 to 10 seconds to fully populate. Once it is cached
it operates normally. We publish a full desktop via Windows 2003 and MPS 4.0 .
Any ideas?
