I have double-checked our policies and we do not restrict the number of different applications that can be launched. I confirmed this, and additionally it is only affecting him, He is running Windows 7 on a laptop with a second monitor and the version 12.1.144 client. The article I found on Citrix that seems to be the same issue does not have a resolution stated, and the suggested solution involves creating a new local profile on the User's PC.
