This will work... If you are using GSLB you could also reuse the same SSL (provided you're licensed for it from signer). I've setup multiple CSG before for HA and load balancing. Obviously the new SG will have it's own external IP, its own SSL cert, etc. Everything will be in the same farm though. Any foreseen issues that anyone can think of?
