Cherie, No, you were correct that best practice is to make them consistent. I don't know what applications exist on your servers but if one set of them is at 9.2, I would check the apps on the other two sets and see if they will run under 9.2. If so, I would upgrade those sets to 9.2. If not, you MAY be able to install 9.2 onto those sets and use it for XP while leaving the old version to co-exist and be used by the applications.
