Is there a way to get that working with out having a mandatory profiles?
That is what our issue was here, I forgot to mention that we can't use any
roaming profiles.

Don't know about Office XP but Office 2000 was incredibly easy we have one
MetaFrame XP server running five different languages for four different time
zones with no issues.

MetaFrame just sorts out the time zone, but has nothing to do with the
assignment of the language.

The system language and Office language can all be set in HKLM so we use a
different mandatory profile for each language and it works fine!

Is it possible to have a Windows 2000 Terminal Server (no Citrix) running
Microsoft Office XP (Excel, Word etc) in a multi-language mode.

i.e 10 users want to see English menus, 10 users want to see Japansese
menus.
