[THIN] Moving to Citrix XP

I'm going to be installing Citrix XP in mixed mode. I understand that the
first Citrix XP becomes the master ICA browser. But what happens if the
Citrix XP server goes down and only the 1.8 servers are up? Will one of the
1.8 servers become the master ICA browser?
