[THIN] Moving TS License server to another server

Hi,
I am facing a situation in which my Terminal Server License server is
slowly dying. (W2k)
To add to the troubles it is a DC.
In order to minimize the service disruption, I want to move the server
license to a temporary DC and then install it back to the DC after
reinstallation.
How do I do it ? I read a microsoft on how to backup TS license server but
I can't simply restore this on the new server.
Which is the best way to handle this ?
