Correct me if I'm wrong....

As far as I remember, the local built-in administrator account is always a
Citrix Admin, so that you can never get locked out of the CMC.

No, you gonna be fine. Just make sure the administrators from the
destination domain are Citrix admins otherwise you may not be able to log in
to CMC once the domain membership changes.

We have a MetaFrame XP FR2 Server which is a member server in a  Active =
Directory domain, and we are going to move it to another domain(Active
Directory).

Does the change affect the Citrix Data Store and the licenses installed ?
