[THIN] Move the TSCAL database

I have to rebuild my Win2k Citrix farm and I have to obviously install a
new Terminal Server Manager. The server name and IP address is going to
change obviously as well. How can I move the TSCAL database to the new
test server and retain the issued licenses? Or am I better just
re-activating them all?
