[THIN] Move of the License Server and clients are getting temporary license now.

I Have just recently moved my license server to a DC. (It was on a member
server and stopped working, all kb articles stated that I needed to move it
to a dc so I did.) I did specify my license server in the registry on my
citrix box and it does recognize it. BUT now my users are getting just
Temporary licenses, not real ones. Why?
