Very odd. I (typically) only get the error when I try to apply it to my Test
user, which does exist. All others are fine so I'm not too concerned.

Whether it's related, or not ;-) - but net helpmsg 1317 gives:-

The specified user does not exist.

Could there be something wrong in the manner you're supplying the <user>, or
a typo?

Other than that - I've never actually used tscmd in anger - previously I've
always used some hybrid ADSI stuff.
