Hi Jason, Sysinternals (www.sysinternals.com) have a port monitor that might help, at least at the client end. Does the application print to a redirected LPT port? If it does then monitoring ICA virtual channel traffic might be kind of useful too. A lot depends on whether the app is happy talking to a redirected port. You can sometimes see timeouts because non-video/kbd/mouse virtual channels are running at a lower priority and blocksize.
