But it seems not working with MFXP + FR2 and client with NT4
Is there any minimal requirements ?

Sorry for the delay. The modified ICA Client version 7.10 (latest) in English
is available for download on my website at
http://www.terminal-services.net/downloads/ica32.msi.
The close button is disabled so users cannot simply disconnect their sessions
by clicking there. And do not forget to take a look around my website. ;-)
