Hi all, I've got a problem with modem sesion disappearing from Citrix Management Console.The symptoms are: 1. There is no name in the session name field for modem connection 2. Status shows "down" state 3. Users cannot connect using this modem 3. If I try to reset the session it pops up following error message:"Failed to reset session. User information will be refreshed. Error code: 523" 4. Running diagnostics : Query Modem works fine 5. IMA service on this server cannot be stopped ( timed out ) 6. Terminal Service Manager cannot connect to this server 7. Rebooting the server fixes the problem We have Citrix Metaframe XPa farm with Windows 2000 SP3 Servers. There was no mention in the knowledgebase.Can someone shed some light on the problem.
